What we collect and why
When you contact George & Augustin through this website, we receive your name, email address, the business details you choose to share and your message. We use these details to respond, understand your needs and discuss working together. Please don’t include passwords, payment details or sensitive information about yourself or others.
How enquiries reach us
Our website is hosted by Vercel. The form prepares an email draft in your own email app. Your answers are not submitted to a form service or saved in a website database. We receive them only if you send the email. Email delivery uses your email provider and our email services, including Cloudflare forwarding. These providers may process information outside Australia. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its hosting practices.
Enquiries through Facebook and Instagram
If you submit an enquiry through a Meta instant form, Meta collects your answers and contact details and makes them available to George & Augustin through its lead tools. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your idea or business problem. This is separate from our website’s email-draft form. We don’t add you to a mailing list. Meta also handles your information under its Privacy Policy.
How we use and keep your details
We don’t sell your personal information or add you to a marketing list when you enquire. We keep enquiry emails while they are needed to respond and manage our working relationship, or meet legal obligations. Our email and hosting providers process information to help us operate these services.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@georgeandaugustin.com. You can also contact us directly by email instead of using the form.
